The max player level is 175 (listed on the official Roblox page). This guide lays out the progression route community sources agree on — with the honest caveat that exact XP curves and unlock levels are community-reported, not official.
The dungeon ladder
Dungeons unlock in a rough order, each with escalating difficulty tiers (Normal/Hard/Nightmare/Endless — Endless is often the fastest repeatable XP):
- Bandit's Den — the tutorial dungeon (~levels 1–15). Bandit Chief has about 2.2k HP.
- Goblin's Stronghold — Hard difficulty introduces Varek the Feared; can drop Nature Plate.
- Forgotten Ruins
- The Catacombs
- Frostspire Bastion — Nightmare hides the Awakened Devil boss (Devil Heart source).
- Underworld Gate — the final story dungeon; Nightmare drops the Underworld Glaive.
- City of Mages (Update 1) — story content for levels ~80–100 with Hard/Nightmare/Endless variants.
Clearing a dungeon's higher difficulties unlocks the next tier; clearing Frostspire Bastion on Nightmare unlocks Underworld Gate's Nightmare.
Levels 1–55: speed over perfection
- Allocate every stat point into your damage stat (see stats).
- Full-clear zones for chests — coins and early gear compound.
- Don't invest forge materials beyond what you're wearing; you'll outgear it within hours.
- Always extract. XP and loot from a run you abandon mid-way is partially or fully lost.
Levels 55–75: the midgame gates
Around level 55, Challenge Dungeon unlocks (community-reported — the game doesn't print it). Around level 60–67, Boss Rush opens. These two modes are where the real endgame materials live:
- Challenge Dungeon: Heavenly Fragments (Unrestricted quest), Exotic Essence and Ore.
- Boss Rush: lane fragments and the class-item classes (Cursed King, Honored One, Anti Magic).
Pick ONE endgame target now and funnel everything toward it. The classic first target is Unrestricted — its requirements (player level 75, 500,000 Coins, Honored One at class level 25, 10 Heavenly Fragments) can all be worked in parallel.
Levels 75+: switch to endgame economy
- Dismantle (Update 1.5) deprecated the "hoard old gear" habit — break down anything replaced for ~40% of materials back.
- Weekly Tournaments are a new prestige/loot channel if your build is strong.
- Push Mastery levels on your main class (each adds +20% skill damage, a stat bonus, and -5% cooldowns; Dragoon's Mastery 50 passive is exceptional).
Class levels are separate
Every class levels independently — switching classes starts a new class level. Class XP comes from combat while that class is equipped (Premium Plus lists +10% Class EXP). Plan evolution chains that need class levels (Azure Devil → Awakened Devil EX needs Azure Devil at 50) before you burn interest on alts.
When to stop leveling "wrong"
Reset your stat points when you commit to an endgame archetype — respec is available and cheap relative to the materials you'd otherwise waste. If your damage feels fine but you die a lot, the answer is learning boss patterns, not Vitality (with the exception of genuinely learning a new difficulty, where a few VIT points are a reasonable crutch you later reset).
