Two effect versions circulate: Gamezebo describes a 35% chance on crits for a 150% Shadow Burst + 1.5s stun; the community alternative is a rarer proc that always crits and stuns. Its gem weight is also disputed (Gamezebo's own articles disagree on which weight group it belongs to).
